Frequently asked questions
How many eSIMs will I receive?
A return journey includes three eSIMs: one transit eSIM for the outbound drive, one Türkiye eSIM and a fresh transit eSIM for the drive home. An outbound-only journey includes two eSIMs.
Do I switch eSIM at every border?
No. The regional eSIM covers every country on the selected route. Switch to the Türkiye eSIM only after entering Türkiye.
When does validity start?
Validity normally starts on the first connection to a supported network. Install the outbound and Türkiye profiles over Wi-Fi beforehand. Install and activate the second transit eSIM only shortly before driving home so its validity does not begin early.
Will all QR codes arrive together?
Yes. You pay for the bundle in one order. Every included eSIM appears with its own QR code in the order view and email after provisioning.
